Material handling

All our systems are provided with Rapid granulators, masters of granulatics! Beside size reduction, an effective pre-washing of the material and dissolving most of the paper labels into pulp is achieved.

Friction washer
Continuous scrub of the material for removing glue and other surface contaminants. Can operate with hot/cold water and detergents. Washing time is adjustable.

Centrifuge
Dewatering and separation of contaminants from the final material.

Material separator
Separates plastics of different densities and distributes materials into specific recycling flows.

Rinsing reactor
Efficient rinse of the washed material from detergents and contamination rests.

Aspirator
