These mini-plants are complex assemblies of different machinery, interconnected electro-mechanically. The system uses different fresh and heated process water circuits, sewerage system, pneumatic transport and drying. A complex monitoring and control system is steering the mini-plant. All these systems can be assembled on a trailer or inside a 20/40 feet freight container. They can also be powered with an own diesel generator. On site they only have to be prepared for the material outlet module and connected to water supply and sewerage. The plant is then ready for operation; as easy as plug and play! Main advantages: |
